• Discord user ID, username, and avatar
• License activation and expiration data
• Account creation and last login timestamps

Scanner Data (collected during scans):

• System IP address
• Windows installation date and last reinstall information
• FiveM installation files and modifications
• Process injection history in FiveM processes
• Suspicious and potentially cheat-related files
• Recycle bin activity (last emptied, deleted files)
• Discord accounts associated with the system
• Steam accounts
• Google accounts
• Cheat website registrations (RedEngine, CoreEngine, Eulen, Susano, Keyser, etc.)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

• Providing and maintaining the scanner service
• Managing user accounts and licenses
• Detecting and preventing cheating in gaming communities
• Improving our service and developing new features
• Communicating with you about service updates

4. Data Storage and Retention

Scan Results: All scan data is automatically deleted 1 hour after scan completion. We do not retain long-term copies of scan data.

Account Data: Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time.

Session PINs: Generated session PINs are single-use only and are invalidated immediately after use.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Scan results are only visible to the account holder who generated the session PIN.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Secure session management
• Access controls and authentication
• Regular security audits

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Discord OAuth

We use Discord OAuth for authentication. When you log in, Discord shares your user ID, username, and avatar with us. We do not have access to your Discord password or private messages.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to maintain your login state. These cookies are essential for the service to function and expire after 30 days of inactivity.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
